Job Description & Qualifications:
Responsible for managing all aspects of an installation from material delivery at the job site through the execution of a signed lien waiver completing the project.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Schedules contractors, coordinates project managers, monitors compliance, tracks material, logs all communications, conducts customer satisfaction surveys. Prepares all project reporting.
Handles all aspects of contractor compliance which includes administering of background checks and monitoring of license and insurance requirements for all subcontractors in the program.
Assists in the development of all project documentation as well as training materials for subcontractors and the HD Supply sales force.
Schedules customers, property managers, installers and install project managers. Logs and monitors all project communications, correspondence and documentation.
Documents and monitors compliance for installer license and insurance requirements. Tracks material and processing material inspection waivers, change orders, and lien waivers.
Manages customer billing, payment of installers, administering and compiling customer satisfaction surveys.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experience. May recommend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors.
Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires 50% travel.
Must be eighteen years of age

Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
