Job Description & Qualifications:

Job Summary

Responsible forthe strategy, oversight and execution of cross-functional marketing programs. Execute programs, promotions, and collateral designed to increase sales effectiveness and meet business financial goals. Responsible for identifying and implementing operational process improvements.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Facilitates the optimization the customer segmentation strategy across vertical and channel markets.

  • Identifies and implements operational process improvements.

  • Oversees campaign projects and executes on deliverables.

  • Oversees the analysis and measurement of campaigns and programs.

  • Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that critical deadlines are met.

  • Ensures budget and revenue goals are met.

  • Supervises the performance of associates and recognizes, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted.

  • Completes other related projects as assigned.

Nature and Scope

  • Solutions require analysis and investigation.

  • Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experience. May recommend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors.

  • Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff. Work Environment

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

  • Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be eighteen years of age

  • Must pass the Drug Test

  • Must pass the Background Check

  • Must pass pre-employment tests if applicableEducation and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 7+ years experience in related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years marketing and channel content marketing experience.

  • Experience working in the multiple multichannel channel campaign management platforms.

  • Adobe Campaign experience.

  • BA/BS in a related field of study typically required.
