Job Description & Qualifications:
Maintain/increase sales volume and profitability with existing customers by increasing operational efficiency of the sales process, leveraging a focus on customer service and SOP execution. Implement existing sales strategies/sales plan to expand business with assigned client group.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client group responsible for resolving all issues related to product delivery, service, warranty execution, and billing.
Ensure that product quantity and order specifications meet gross margin and shrink targets.
Responsible for accurate pricing to ensure gross margin.
Approve and correct pricing in contracts prior to execution by company.
Provides estimates and bids on projects to customers that are market competitive and maximizes profitability (has authority to purchase sample items).
Prepare and communicate P&L trends as it relates to expenses in the sales and bid process.
Serve as primary consultant to client group on all needs as requested by the customer.
May perform other duties as assigned. Nature and Scope
Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior co worker or supervisor.
None Work Environment
Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time. Minimum Qualifications
Must be eighteen years of age

Education and Experience
Preferred Qualifications & Job Specific Details:
As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) and housekeeping supplies to Hospitality B2B customers. This sales representative is responsible for an established portfolio of customers to maintain and drive sales. This position has infrequent overnight travel and the territory will be comprised of local hospitality customers in Clearwater Beach, FL.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus sales incentive plan paid monthly. A cell phone, i-Pad, and monthly expenses are included.
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
3 or more years business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred.
Direct sales to hospitality facilities maintenance customers is preferred.
Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial and HVAC product lines preferred.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel and SalesForce is preferred.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a remote position.
*Only candidates that currently reside in this territory will be considered. Territory includes Clearwater Beach, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, St. Pete's Beach, Tampa and surrounding area.
