Job Description & Qualifications:

Job Summary

Reconcile all deposits, paperwork and refunds of cashiers ensuring accuracy and completeness of tasks. Provide customer service as needed.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for preparing daily cash and check deposits (a.m. and p.m.).

  • Responsible for accurately checking all paperwork from cashiers (refund scripts, bankcards, gift certificates, and A/R accounts)

  • Responsible for preparing accurate variance reports.

  • Responsible for store coin order prepared and ordered daily

  • Observe all SOPs (Standard Operating Policies) including, but not limited to, all safety related practices and procedures.

  • Responsible for 9 a.m., 12 p.m., 3p.m., and 6 p.m. bleeds on all open registers.

  • Responsible for service desk relief for breaks and/or lunches.

  • Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping of cash room area and other work areas assigned. Nature and Scope

  • Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.

  • Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior co worker or supervisor.

  • None Work Environment

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Ability to make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, using a 10-key or calculator, bending or squatting.

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be eighteen years of age

  • Must pass the Drug Test

  • Must pass the Background Check

  • Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable Education and Experience

  • HS Diploma or GED , strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2 - 5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
