Job Description & Qualifications
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for internal customers. Ensure business solutions align with requirements and strategic goals. Assist in defining and planning departmental project roadmaps. Partner with clients and manage prioritization and delivery of services for an application module or subject area.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Gathers and compiles raw data; conducts research for industry trends and benchmarks; and normalizes data to be incorporated into a centralized data format.
Analyzes, reports, makes comparisons to industry/company benchmarks, determines trends, and prepares cost analyses.
Prepares spreadsheets for data analysis; prepare reports with charts and graphs, mailing lists, maps and ad hoc requests. May make presentations.
Provides recommendations based on findings and analyses.
Develops detailed business cases, ROI calculations, value definition, cost assessments (expense/capital), benefits, and risk analyses.
Develops, supports, and improves business scorecards and presentations.
Participates in managing enterprise project intake, capital assignment, closure, and executive communications.
Provides input to the definition and measurement of key performance indicators.
Nature and Scope
Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by supervisor and/or direct "customers" of the process.
May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support personnel or professional personnel.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

The eProcurement Relationship Manger is responsible for building and preserving trusted relationships with our valued Customers, Internal Business Partners, and eProcurement Partnerships. The position is responsible for and serves as the internal/external, day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of Customers and Third Party eProcurement Partnerships. Work includes highly cross-functional communication to identify and prioritize customer experience enhancement opportunities, support development and implementation of the eProcurement strategic roadmap, and monitor company performance against service level and sales targets while proactively pursuing opportunities for profitable growth. The position will provide project management leadership as needed, identify project related resource constraints or issues, and report ongoing statues updates to include KPIs and other goals with Team Management.
Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
3-5 years in a similar role; previous experience working as a Relationship Manager in B2B industry is a plus.
Demonstrated project management and implementation experience.
Ability to work alongside and lead cross-functional technical and non-technical teams – IT, Customer Service, Sales, and Third Party Partnerships.
Excellent prioritization, problem-solving/analysis, and communication skills.
Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to offer creative business solutions.
Solid knowledge of eProcurement and EDI technologies is a plus.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills required.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
Familiarity with project management software.
Experience with multifamily, hospitality or healthcare industries is desirable.
