Job Description & Qualifications
Utilize business requirement and technical design documents to formulate test scenarios and scripts to run against new and enhanced applications and/or configuration changes. Determine problems that exist between the expected and the actual tests results. Identify, analyze and track defects, risks, and action items along with identifying the business and system requirements as part of the project team.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Researches and tests defects in production and development environments. Analyzes, researches and documents test requirements for system defects, enhancements and requests. Provides test support.
Develops and maintains test plans and scenarios using requirements, design, and development artifacts to ensure user requirements in scope are satisfied.
Conducts tests and reviews outcome to validate expected versus actual results. Notifies appropriate personnel during and upon completion of test activity. Documents results and tracks metrics including QA scorecards.
Develops functional, system, integration, regression and load testing plans and scripts as required with Senior/Lead supervision.
Provides data for reporting out of scorecard activities.
Participates in peer reviews.
Nature and Scope
Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.
May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking and/or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.

QA Automation with SAP
UFT/LeanFT experience preferred
Selenium & WebdriverIO a huge plus
3-4 years of QA test experience
Bachelor's degree preferred. Extensive relevant business experience may be substituted for college.
