Job Description & Qualifications
Responsible for the design, development, competitive analysis, and financial analysis of pricing matrices and products for assigned line of business.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement tactical pricing to support sales and revenue objectives while ensuring alignment with market and sales trends.
Direct strategic and operational price planning and financial implications.
Design methodologies and approaches for pricing and market access based on product files.
Oversee the development of appropriate evaluation measures for departmental processes and procedures.

Solutions require analysis and investigation.
Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experience. May recommend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors.
Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff.
Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).
Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 7+ years experience in related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications & Job Specific Details
Advanced degree preferred.
5-10 Years relevant work experience; Prior B2B / B2C pricing experience desired.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to accumulate, evaluate and generate insights from large and disparate data sources.
Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively articulate insights and create convincing executive level presentations.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and work productively under tight deadlines.
Track record of taking ownership and driving results; Ability to learn quickly and work independently; Inherent intellectual curiosity.
Ability to build relationships and partner with cross-functional teams at all levels across the organization and influence decision making without authority.
Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Knowledge of SAP, SAS, SQL, Python, R, Tableau or other statistical software packages.
