Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Shane O’Kelly leads company strategy to serve customers in the MRO industry. Shane brings extensive leadership experience from his years at The Home Depot, originally joining in 2003 and serving as CEO of Interline Brands before it became The Home Depot Pro. 
SHEILA SCHNELLENBERGER
Chief Sales Officer
​​​​​​Sheila Schnellenberger leads our Sales team made up of nearly 2,000 sales professionals, and Sales Operations team. She brings nearly 30 years of sales experience to the role, with previous experience in professional Trades contractors, Government Contracts, Multifamily and Hospitality. Sheila holds a Federal Government Contracting certification from George Mason University and a Military Procurement certificate from the Contract Service Association.

TONY DREW
Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions
​​As SVP of Customer Solutions, Tony Drew leads our teams that are directly focused on serving the customer, including our Marketing, eCommerce, Customer Care, RenovationsPlus®, Inventory Solutions and Inside Sales teams. Tony is a tenured leader with diverse experience across sales and strategy. Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and business administration from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Chris Kelley serves as President, USABlueBook, a division of
HD Supply, which specializes in serving the water and wastewater treatment industry. Previously, he served as Vice President, Marketing and eCommerce for
​​​​​​​HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Investor Relations as well as holding various roles in Strategic Business Development.
SCOTT BOHRER
Chief Financial Officer

Focused on driving growth, Scott Bohrer serves as CFO, leading all accounting, tax, credit, and financial reporting functions for the company. Scott brings nearly 30 years of finance experience to HD Supply, most recently at The Home Depot where he held several successive positions supporting the stores, Supply Chain and Merchandising.

SABRINA GREEN
Chief People Officer

​​​​​​​Sabrina Green brings more than 30 years’ experience in the HR space as she leads our HR and Communications teams to enable business growth while providing a great associate experience. Sabrina joined HD Supply in 2022 after nearly 30 years at The Home Depot where she held roles of increasing responsibility in associate relations, talent management and diversity, equity & inclusion.

As CIO, Mike Guhl leads all technology initiatives and solutions for the company. Mike has more than 25 years’ experience in delivering IT solutions, largely in the retail industry. He previously served as VP Information Technology for The Home Depot, responsible for IT for more than 2,200 stores in North America.
DAN MCDEVITT
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

​​​​​​​Serving as general counsel and corporate secretary at HD Supply since 2015, Dan McDevitt manages the Legal department and ensures adherence to the highest ethical standards in all our operations. He previously served as a partner at King & Spalding and as judicial clerk for the Honorable G. Earnest Tidwell on the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia.

As SVP of Supply Chain at HD Supply, Chris Raabe supports our Global Supply Chain team as they work to safely and reliably deliver best-in-class solutions for our MRO customers. Chris has more than 20 years’ experience in leading operational teams including serving as Director of eBusiness at HD Supply and overseeing strategic improvement initiatives for The Home Depot.

Vice President of Strategic Business Development
 
​​​​​​​Ted Russ serves as Vice President of Strategic Business Development, responsible for acquisitions and integration. Prior to this role, Ted served as a senior leader in Merchandising, Inside Sales and Property Improvement for HD Supply. Ted previously held leadership roles in diverse organizations including startups, Fortune 500 companies and military units in both domestic and international environments and is a published author.

Currently leading our merchandising, sourcing, pricing, contracts and bids teams, Sami previously served as Vice President, Merchandising with over 20 years of retail and wholesale leadership experience. Prior to joining HD Supply, Sami spent nearly 18 years with The Home Depot in roles of increasing responsibility across Online Merchandising, Strategic Business Development, Operations, and Technology.

Our History

HD Supply began in the late 1990s as the wholesale division of The Home Depot with the goal of providing high-quality products and services to the professional contractor and MRO marketplace. In 1997, The Home Depot Supply joined forces with Maintenance Warehouse, a multifamily MRO distributor based in California that focused on fast, on-site delivery of products to help maintenance pros succeed. As the wholesale business grew, it would merge with some of the North America’s leading industrial suppliers and construction services companies until it became an independent company in 2007. 

Since our founding, HD Supply has served industrial customers across a diverse range of sectors from construction and utilities to facilities maintenance, repair and operations. Throughout our evolution and history, facilities maintenance has existed as a core business to serve the needs of the MRO professionals. 

More than 25 years later, the company that was built from the simple idea to help MRO pros manage their business would return to The Home Depot. When HD Supply announced on December 24, 2020 that the merger with The Home Depot Pro was complete, it was a momentous occasion for the company and for the future of MRO and the specialty trades that serve them.  

Together, both businesses provide a robust product offering, value-added services and solutions, backed by an extensive MRO-specific distribution network throughout the U.S. and Canada. 

Today, we operate as a standalone company under the HD Supply name — a name rooted in our legacy with The Home Depot. Guided by our Values, we are singularly focused on building a best-in-class national distributor to serve our customers.
